About The Opportunity

Beyond Border Consultants is a fast-growing digital marketing and branding agency helping startups and scale-ups in India build powerful social media presences across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms. We combine data-driven strategy with creative storytelling to turn followers into customers—and brands into movements. This is an entry-level role for freshers who are passionate about social trends, content creation, and performance analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media content (reels, carousels, stories, posts) tailored to platform-specific best practices.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, DMs, and brand mentions across key platforms to foster community growth.
• Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, CTR, follower growth) using native and third-party analytics tools.
• Assist in drafting campaign calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters for asset creation.
• Research trending hashtags, competitor strategies, and emerging social features to optimize content performance.
• Support influencer outreach and campaign coordination under senior marketer guidance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Social Media Management Tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Content Creation Tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express)
• Platform-Specific Algorithms (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Feed, Facebook Pages)
• Basic Analytics (Insights, Google Analytics for social traffic)
• Trend Research (TikTok trends, hashtag strategies, viral content patterns)
• Copywriting (short-form, platform-optimized captions)

Preferred

• Experience managing a personal or college club social handle
• Familiarity with scheduling and UTM tagging for campaign tracking
• Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing integrations
