Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada for a Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer supporting political campaigns and public communication. The role includes managing social media channels, planning and posting content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance across platforms. Day-to-day tasks involve editing videos, creating motion graphics, designing visual assets (posters, banners, thumbnails, infographics), and adapting content for different platforms and languages where needed. The role also requires coordinating with campaign teams, understanding political messaging guidelines, preparing content calendars, and responding to current events with timely and relevant content. The individual will collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding, accurate information, and high-quality creative output.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow political campaign channels effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to convey clear, accurate, and persuasive political messages.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, schedule posts, and align content with political objectives and public sentiment.
• Candidates should possess creative video editing skills, including experience with editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic sound design.
• Candidates should possess graphic design skills, including proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, and an eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Relevant experience in managing political, public figure, or issue-based social media accounts is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing political and media landscapes.
• A diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Film Editing, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by strong portfolio and experience.
