Social Media Manager

• Manage the company’s complete social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content including posts, reels, stories , carousels, captions, hashtags, promotional creatives, and campaign materials using AI .
• Use AI tools effectively for content ideas, copywriting, image generation, video scripting, reel planning, automation, analytics, and performance improvement.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, follower growth, lead generation, and online reputation.
• Monitor trends, competitors, hashtags, viral formats, platform updates, and audience behavior to create relevant and high-performing content.
• Handle audience communication professionally by responding to comments, messages, enquiries, reviews, and customer interactions on time.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, marketing teams, and management to maintain brand consistency and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, campaign results, and paid promotion outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
