Job Description

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that strengthens Sylcon's digital presence and connects with our audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Write engaging captions, campaign copy, and digital content that reflects the Sylcon brand.
• Coordinate product, lifestyle, campaign shoots, and campaign videos with internal teams, agencies, and production partners.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality creative content.
• Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and creator campaigns from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with performance marketing, PR, and retail teams to support store launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies based on data.
• Stay updated with digital trends and bring fresh, innovative content ideas to the brand.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
• Experience coordinating creative projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and content planning.
