Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mira Bhayandar.

The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing day-to-day posting schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals, responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on platform changes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, organize content calendars, and align social media activities with marketing objectives.
• Candidates should have familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
