Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Social Media Manager, Presenter, and Shoot Coordinator. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies, scheduling and publishing content, managing brand pages, and optimizing performance across platforms.

The person will present in front of the camera for brand content, reels, and campaign videos, and support script development and on-screen delivery. They will coordinate photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, location and talent coordination, and on-set support to ensure high-quality output. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers, videographers, and copywriters, monitoring engagement and analytics, and providing regular reports and insights to refine campaigns.

The role also requires staying current with social media trends and recommending creative concepts that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign execution.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting on camera and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align content with brand goals and audience needs.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve reach, engagement, and overall performance of social channels.
• Candidates should possess Writing skills for captions, scripts, and short-form content suited to various platforms.
• Relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
• Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, with a professional on-screen presence.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing shoots, timelines, and multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with basic photo/video production processes; knowledge of editing tools is an added advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
