Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our Digital Communications team. The role involves managing digital platforms, driving audience engagement, and supporting campaign communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for political campaigns.
• Manage presence across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement, platform performance, and analytics.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate timely content publishing.
• Track digital trends and recommend innovative engagement strategies.
• Manage online reputation and respond to community interactions.
• Run and monitor Meta Ads and google ads campaigns, optimize performance, and track results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for digital media, audience engagement, and campaign communication.

Compensation and Benefit

1.Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Salary will be decided based on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
