Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Social Media Manager. The primary responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns to strengthen the brand's online presence. The Social Media Manager will oversee content strategy, develop creative and engaging posts, drive audience engagement, monitor analytics, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Exceptional Communication skills for engagement and interaction with the target audience
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with emerging social media trends and tools
• Passion for men's grooming, lifestyle, or skincare industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
