Social Media Manager

Janasya is a women’s ethnic wear brand. We have a strong D2C presence and are looking for a strategically-minded Brand Manager to be responsible for handling, managing and owning brand’s visual identity across channels.

Responsibilities and Duties - Own and direct the brand’s visual identity across all channels including brand’s own website - Entire content planning, including photo shoots and brand videos. Plan and coordinate with studios for creative/campaign/ecomm/social media shoots.

• Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule - Driving MOM growth for the Community on FB, Instagram, and other channels - Oversee ORM and monitor customer reviews.
• Community-first Approach - Ability to think from the relationship between the brand and audience base to develop the entire strategy to build a vibrant community supporting the brand.
• Lead in-the moment marketing and to look at avenues to create viral social content - Work with team to develop innovative, creative and effective video ideas for UGC, Localized & influencer content - Report on influencer performance - organic and paid - Taking care of all the video collateral for the brand & growing the YouTube channel - Track social media growth & digital campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize profitability and report progress.
• Manage the team consisting of graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters.
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using social listening as well scheduling tools.
• Built company’s identity on LinkedIn.

Required

Experience, Skills and Qualifications - A graduate/ post-graduate degree in visual communication / Fashion, mass media or a similar discipline.

• Must have experience of working with a Fashion / Lifestyle brand.
• 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in brand’s social media growth and engagement.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash
