Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager Intern role based in Bhawanipatna. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement. Daily tasks include monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing posts using social media best practices. The role also involves supporting campaign development, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the team on new content ideas. The intern will gain hands-on experience in brand building, community management, and content strategy within a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online brand presence.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan and organize effective social media campaigns.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhawanipatna, collaborate with a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn new tools, trends, and best practices; prior internship or project experience in social media is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
