Social Media Manager Intern

About The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Strategist who can turn brand goals into solid content strategies, campaigns, and monthly plans that actually work.

Someone who understands platforms, algorithms, trends, and consumer behaviour - but can also work with creators, editors, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life.

This is not a "posting and hashtags" role.

This is a strategy + planning + execution oversight role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Build monthly social media strategies and content calendars for brands across different industries.

Understand client goals and translate them into platform-appropriate approaches.

Identify opportunities for growth--> formats, campaigns, influencers, hooks, trends.

Plan content buckets, messaging, and storytelling for each brand.

Review content to ensure it aligns with strategy + brand voice.

Suggest improvements in content, reels, scripts, and copy.

Track performance across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.

Identify what's working and what's not and adjust plans accordingly.

Share monthly reports with insights, learnings, and next steps.

Attend client calls, understand requirements, and translate them into action plans.

Coordinate with account managers and creative teams to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain consistency in brand tone and style across all content.

Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts, new formats, and cultural moments.

Bring proactive ideas that help clients stay ahead of their competitors.

Requirements

Social Media experience: Either you are a creator, have handled social media for a brand/account

Awareness of trends

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content.

Strong communication, clarity, and creative judgment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
