Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who understands why content works, not just how to post it. If you enjoy experimenting, analyzing performance, and building engaging content, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute content across formats such as static posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify what works, what doesn’t, and why.
• Continuously improve hooks, storytelling, and content structure.
• Collaborate with brand, design, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform changes to drive growth.
• Experiment with new content ideas and approaches to improve engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in social media
• Proven experience growing pages
• Strong understanding of content & audience behavior
• Basic knowledge of algorithms
• Analytical mindset with high ownership
