Role Purpose The Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing the complete social media lifecycle — from content planning and in-house content creation to influencer collaborations, campaign execution, audience engagement, and conversion tracking. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, improving CTR (Click-Through Rate), generating leads/conversions, and maintaining strong brand communication through high-quality creatives and strategic digital marketing initiatives.Key Deliverables / KPIs

· Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Manage influencer collaborations and barter partnerships from outreach to execution.

· Coordinate and create in-house content including reels, shoots, stories, and promotional creatives.

· Improve campaign performance metrics including CTR, engagement rate, reach, and conversions.

· Create high-quality graphics, ad creatives, and branding material using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

· Maintain monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.

· Monitor Meta Ads performance and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.

· Track social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

· Ensure consistent brand identity and visual communication across all digital channels.

· Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

· Strong understanding of social media management and content strategy.

· Experience in influencer marketing and barter collaboration handling.

· Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, CTR optimization, and conversion-focused campaigns.

· Basic photography/videography and reel editing skills preferred.

· Creative mindset with strong communication and coordination abilities.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
