We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social Media Manager (Supervising Associate) to join our Global Brand, Marketing, and Communications team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end organic social media strategy, page management, and executive profiling for our global corporate channels, targeting senior professional and enterprise B2B audiences across North America and Europe.
Important Note: This role is focused heavily on organic brand building, community management, and corporate page ownership. Candidates with an ads-only or paid-media-only background will not be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Strategy & Page Management: Own the content calendar, publishing, and community growth for our official global brand pages and executive profiles.
B2B Thought Leadership: Create, curate, and optimize high-impact content (articles, infographics, multimedia scripts) specifically tailored for senior executive audiences.
Platform Specialization: Deeply manage LinkedIn as the primary brand channel, while secondary management includes X (Twitter) and Meta.
Social Listening & Analytics: Track brand sentiment and mitigate reputation risks using enterprise tools. Partner with analytics teams to translate performance data into actionable dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for stakeholders.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work seamlessly with onshore marketing leads across the US and European regions to align global campaign narratives.
Requirements & Keyskills
Mandatory Criteria
8+ years of total experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management.
Deep B2B Experience: Proven track record of managing corporate social media identities in a B2B or professional services environment.
Required Tool Stack: Hands-on, direct experience using either Sprinklr or Hootsuite is mandatory.
International Market Exposure: Prior experience managing campaigns for North American (US) or European (UK) target markets.
