Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of our clients and the company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, brand building, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Build brand awareness and increase follower engagement.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns and achieve business goals.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and content planning abilities.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze social media insights and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills and portfolio may also apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
