Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager cum Content Writer to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, and enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Develop creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Write compelling captions, articles, promotional content, and campaign copy.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1 year experience in social media management and content writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content trends.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic content scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Creative thinking with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
