Social Media Manager cum Content Creator

Job Title: Social Media Intern – Content Creation & Shoot (On-Ground Role)

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and idea-driven intern who can bring fresh energy to our content creation process. You’ll be responsible for ideating, scripting, shooting, and coordinating creative content that drives engagement and visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Ideation & Planning

o Develop creative concepts for social media content (Reels, Vox Pops, Campaigns, Stories, etc.).

o Script short-form video content and brainstorm campaign ideas.

• Shooting & On-Ground Execution

o Plan and execute shoots (indoor & outdoor) — including setup, lighting, and basic videography.

o Coordinate logistics, locations, and product requirements for shoots.

o Conduct vox pops, interviews, and public interactions confidently.

• Graphic Design & Content Assets

o Create simple visual assets like story graphics, post designs, and on-screen text templates.

o Work with Canva/Adobe tools to design quick turnaround creatives.

• Coordination & Management

o Manage props, shoot schedules, and maintain shoot documentation.

o Collaborate closely with the editing team for post-production handover.

• Reporting

o Track content performance and provide weekly updates on creative output.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills and on-camera confidence. • Strong understanding of trending social media formats and storytelling styles. • Videography, photography, and lighting knowledge. • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. • Creative writing and scriptwriting ability.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or similar. • Prior experience (internship/freelance/) in social media content creation is a plus.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
