Role Description

The Social Media Manager/Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including creating, writing, and scheduling engaging content in line with brand guidelines. The individual will manage daily social media activities, monitor performance, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and respond to audience interactions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with design and marketing teams, conducting research on trends and competitor activity, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance. The role also requires maintaining a consistent brand voice and contributing ideas for campaigns and content formats that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy and planning.
• Experience with content creation tools, social media analytics, and basic design or video-editing software is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and current digital trends.
