About the Role

We are looking for a creative and camera-confident Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and brand storytelling. This role requires someone who can create engaging content while managing and growing social media accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and appear in reels, videos, stories, and other social media content.
• Plan and execute content strategies for various social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content scheduling and publishing.
• Generate creative content ideas based on trends, audience behavior, and brand goals.
• Coordinate with designers and editors to ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor engagement, track performance, and optimize content based on insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
• Assist in client communication and ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Content Creation and Social Media Management.
• Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software is a plus.
• Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented attitude.
