Role Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic social media initiatives. The role involves developing and managing social media campaigns, creating and curating engaging content, and implementing Social Media Optimisation (SMO) strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The candidate will monitor and analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns based on insights, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications - Must be based in Chennai - Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) tools and strategies - Excellent communication and writing skills for effective audience engagement - Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals - Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media platforms - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance - Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment - Experience in the hospitality industry or related sectors is an advantage - - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
