About Silvme

Silvme is a 925 sterling silver jewellery e-commerce brand looking for a creative and motivated intern to manage our Instagram presence and create engaging Reels. This internship is ideal for students and recent graduates who want practical experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand building.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels featuring Silvme jewellery.
• Manage the Silvme Instagram page, including posts, stories, captions, and hashtags.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
• Research trending audio, formats, and content ideas relevant to jewellery and fashion.
• Write engaging captions and select effective hashtags for each post.
• Coordinate with the team for product shoots and campaign content.
• Track engagement metrics (reach, likes, saves, shares, follower growth) and share regular reports.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a professional and brand-friendly manner.
• Suggest improvements to grow the account and improve content quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating Reels or short-form videos (personal or professional accounts both count).
• Comfortable with editing apps such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar.
• Good sense of visual aesthetics, trends, and music selection.
• Basic understanding of Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Good written English and Hindi for captions and communication.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle content is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute.

Compensation

This internship may be offered as either a paid or unpaid opportunity, depending on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and interview performance.

• Paid Internship: Up to ₹3,000 per month, based on qualifications and responsibilities.
• Unpaid Internship: Includes hands-on training, mentorship, an internship certificate, and consideration for future paid opportunities based on performance.
