About the Role We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Handler/Manager to manage, maintain, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, community management, social media strategy, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain company social media pages across multiple platforms.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Support brand awareness and lead-generation initiatives through social media activities.

Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in social media management.

• Experience handling and maintaining social media pages.
• Proven experience in content creation and content planning.
• Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement, and community management.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
