Social Media Executive & On-Camera Content Creator

Testorithm is looking for a confident, creative Social Media Executive to become a visible voice of our brand and manage our social-media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social-media content.
• Create short-form videos, reels, posts, stories, captions, and basic creatives.
• Represent Testorithm in on-camera video content and brand promotions.
• Manage daily activity across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
• Stay updated on trends and turn relevant ideas into timely content.
• Monitor engagement, respond professionally to comments/messages, and support audience growth.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creativity, knowledge of current social-media trends, and a good sense of visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X, and basic editing/design tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas.
• Prior experience in social-media management or content creation is preferred; a strong portfolio/personal content profile is a plus.
