Social Media Executive (Mumbai - On Site only)

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, planning content, and driving audience engagement. Candidates with Facebook Content Monetization experience will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining the content calendar.

Monitor page performance, audience engagement, and platform insights.

Ensure content complies with platform policies and monetization guidelines.

Optimize content to maximize reach, engagement, and revenue.

Coordinate with creative, video editing, and content teams for timely content publishing.

Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.

Prepare performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.

Good knowledge of the Hindi language (reading, writing, and understanding) is mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Facebook Content Monetization is highly recommended.

Knowledge of Facebook monetization policies, content eligibility, Rights Manager, and monetization best practices.

Experience managing monetized or high-reach Facebook pages is a strong advantage.

Basic understanding of copyright and content compliance policies.
