Location: Navi Mumbai

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive/Manager role based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. The individual will create and manage content calendars, develop platform-specific posts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with overall marketing objectives. Day-to-day work includes tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, responding to audience interactions, and staying updated on trends in social media and digital marketing. The role may also include coordinating with external partners or agencies to amplify reach and support campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning and performance analysis.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging copy and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance and inform strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in the Digital, Advertising, or Media sector is an advantage.
