About the Role

BizTracker is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage the day-to-day social media activities of multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn, with the ability to execute social media campaigns, manage online communities, and support the successful delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 8–10 client social media accounts.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with the graphic design team for creative requirements.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions across social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Conduct competitor research and identify content opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content planning.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn from campaign data.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Google Ads.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools.
• Previous internship or experience in a digital marketing agency.
