Social Media Coordinator

Orange Carrot Media, a healthcare-focused marketing agency, is expanding in Chennai and seeking a skilled Social Media Executive / Coordinator with proven experience and strong bilingual (Tamil + English) skills to manage end-to-end social media operations.

As a Social Media Executive at Orange Carrot Media, you will be responsible for owning campaigns from start to finish. This includes ideating campaigns, managing creative production, and coordinating directly with hospitals/clinics for social media storytelling. If you have experience managing brand pages and can provide strategic inputs confidently, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns in Tamil and English.
• Write, edit, and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage content production with videographers/photographers, including shoot planning, edits, and delivery.
• Liaise directly with hospital/clinic staff for approvals, updates, and on-ground coordination.
• Track analytics, suggest improvements, and ensure campaigns deliver engagement.
• Contribute strategic ideas to strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 12 years of hands-on social media experience (agency or healthcare/local brand preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken + written).
• Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, analytics).
• Experience in coordinating creative teams (photographers, editors).
• Comfortable handling direct client interactions.
