Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to showcase the company's furniture, craftsmanship, and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include taking and editing photos or short videos of products, writing captions and posts, and scheduling content to maintain a consistent posting calendar. The content creator will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in a professional manner, and share feedback from online audiences with the sales and marketing teams. The role also includes collaborating with designers and production staff to gather information for posts, supporting basic campaign ideas for promotions, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.

Ability to plan and create social media content, including product photos, short videos, and engaging captions.

Basic knowledge of common social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts or Reels) and how audiences interact with content.

Skills in simple photo and video editing using mobile apps or entry-level editing tools.

Strong written communication skills in clear, professional English; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand style and tone in all posts.

Basic understanding of online engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and ability to use them to improve content.

Interest in furniture, interior design, or craftsmanship; prior experience in social media or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
