About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Social Media & Communications Manager to manage our digital presence and company communications. This individual will work independently while collaborating withour U.S.-based team during EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain the company website.

Manage and grow our social media presence on

LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok

.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.

Monitor social media engagement and provide monthly performance reports.

Draft and distribute professional communications to employees and customers, including newsletters, announcements, and marketing updates.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.

Recommend and implement strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in social media management, digital marketing, orcommunications.

Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content creation tools (Canva or AdobeCreative Suite preferred).

Requirements

Based in India.

Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.

Available to work

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
