Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across various social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Social Media Associate will engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and monitor conversations to help build and maintain a positive brand image. Daily tasks include coordinating a content calendar, partnering with internal teams for creative assets, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on insights. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Handling Social Media.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and online audiences.
• Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Writing, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms.
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Social Media platform management, including scheduling, posting, and engagement.
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools to track social media performance and report on key metrics.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Panaji and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred but not required.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus.
