Social Media Associate

Position: Social Media Associate Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range -12k - 17k per month About the Role We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Associate to support the planning, execution, and management of social media accounts across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
• Conduct shoots, coordinate execution, and suggest creative ideas for photoshoots and video content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
• Write basic captions, hashtags, and content briefs.
• Monitor account performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Ensure content calendars are maintained and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and content requirements.
• Assist in campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
• Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements - 0–1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of content planning and calendar management. Basic photography and videography knowledge. Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content. Ability to analyze social media insights and recommend improvements.
