Social Media Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
• Collaborate with the design, content, branding, and performance marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and D2C marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for promotional campaigns.
• Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably with a D2C brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
• Experience in e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or other D2C brands will be preferred.
