Role Description The Social Media Assistant Manager internship is an on-site role based at Energise Soul Retreat in Nashik. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning and scheduling posts, drafting captions, and assisting with content creation across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and gathering feedback from online communities. The role also involves coordinating with the retreat’s team to capture events, wellness sessions, and property highlights, as well as helping track basic performance metrics and preparing simple reports. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media management within a luxury wellness and retreat environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in social media content creation and platform management (e.g., basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content).
• Candidates should possess strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and messages.
• Candidates should possess basic visual and design awareness, including comfort with photography or simple content editing tools (such as Canva or mobile editing apps).
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, follow daily routines, and support multiple social media tasks.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with on-site teams, interact respectfully with guests, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Interest in wellness, spiritual retreats, hospitality, or nature-based experiences is highly beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik, maintain reliability in attendance, and adapt to a retreat environment focused on calm, respect, and guest privacy.
