About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media Assistant (Part-Time) who will host and appear in daily short-form video content (reels). This isn't a behind-the-camera editing role - you'll be the presenter/interviewer bringing our content to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Instagram reels — hosting, interviewing, or presenting on camera
• Post daily content (approx. 30 minutes of work per day), with Sundays off
• Stay responsive to content calendars/schedules provided by the team

What We're Looking For

• A strong, active personal Instagram account with a good and steadily growing follower base
• Demonstrated ability to grow an audience quickly — you should be able to show this track record
• Comfortable and confident on camera (hosting, speaking, interviewing)
• Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Reliable and consistent — able to commit to daily posting without long gaps
• Multilingual ability — fluent in English plus a few regional Indian languages
• Preference for candidates based in Chennai, though open to applicants from anywhere in India
• Prior experience in content creation, influencing, or social media is a strong plus
• Interest in the education/study-abroad space is a bonus
