Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Lead to strengthen our digital presence, drive influencer collaborations, and build engagement for a premium luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Plan monthly content calendars and create engaging content (Reels, videos, creatives, captions).

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, collaborations, gifting, and performance tracking.

Build relationships with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and watch influencers.

Drive community engagement while maintaining a premium brand image.

Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights.

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Social Media & Influencer Marketing.

Experience with luxury, fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

Excellent communication, content creation, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Profile

Strong understanding of luxury branding and premium storytelling.

Experience managing premium creators and influencer networks.

Ability to create high-performing organic content and execute data-driven campaigns.

Up to date with social media trends, AI content tools, and the creator economy.
