Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media and Content Creation Intern role based in Noida. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media calendars, creating posts, reels, and stories tailored to different platforms, and supporting digital campaigns. Daily tasks include drafting copy, coordinating with designers, scheduling content, monitoring engagement metrics, and suggesting improvements based on performance data. The role also involves researching trends, competitor activities, and relevant hashtags, as well as supporting the marketing team with basic content and communication tasks across channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing activities to support brand visibility and engagement.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop platform-specific posts, stories, and short-form content.
• Strong Communication skills to write clear, engaging copy and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and awareness of current trends.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools or platform insights to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and content formats.
