Social Media and Communication Manager

The Social Media & Communication Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the company's social media presence and brand communication. This role creates engaging content, builds online communities, ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms, and supports business growth through effective digital communication and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Manage the content calendar and posting schedule.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign execution.
• Track social media performance and prepare reports.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and communication.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.
• Support influencer collaborations and online community building.
• Coordinate internal and external brand communications.
• Ensure timely execution of all social media campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary
