Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our brands and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms.

The Social Media

Manager will be responsible for developing and publishing social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. They will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Responsibilities and duties

• Create a publishing schedule and content plan for each platform keeping their unique brand guidelines in mind: VeganFirst_Daily, Earthy Cookhouse, Ekatva Festival and Vegan India Conference.
• Ensure prompt and timely delivery to the clients and be flexible in terms of adjusting the content plan according to the branded campaign requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve our marketing goals.
• Develop monthly reports on social media performance.
• Use social media trends and topical content as and when required.
• Maintain a strong online reputation management.
• Use the right hashtags, keywords, tag relevant people and periodically conduct social media optimisation.
• Interact with users on a daily basis for engagement, lead capture and platform growth.
• Have good knowledge of the nuances of each social media platform such as: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, Whatsapp, Pinterest, Quora.
• Sharing in various social media groups on facebook, whatsapp, linkedin et al.
• Be able to carry on influencer campaigns and posts in collaborations for organic growth of the social media assets.
• Be disciplined with posting and maintaining the social media calendar.
• Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews
• Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
• Preferable to have knowledge of performance marketing.

• Have an excellent command over english.
• Proven work experience related to Social Media Marketing with live examples
• Be a team player
• Self starter
• Fluency with canva and google sheets.
• Strong in Analytics.
