About the Opportunity

A leading global enterprise SaaS organization is expanding its Cloud Platform Engineering team and is hiring experienced Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) and DevOps Engineers across multiple levels.

This team is responsible for maintaining highly available, cloud-native infrastructure supporting mission-critical enterprise customers worldwide. The role demands engineers who excel in production environments, have a strong automation mindset, and can operate effectively within a 24×7 follow-the-sun support model.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure while ensuring platform reliability, availability, and operational excellence across production environments.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps Automation, CI/CD, Incident Management, Linux Administration, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Engineers will collaborate closely with Cloud Platform, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through automation, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters running production workloads.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps practices.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and production services.
  • Respond to production incidents and participate in a 24×7 on-call support model.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
  • Automate operational processes using scripting and infrastructure automation.
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Support customer onboarding, production deployments, and feature rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with SLA, SLO, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve critical production issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices (Senior Engineer & Technical Lead).

Educational Qualification

Mandatory

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline)

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates must satisfy all of the following

  • Relevant DevOps/SRE experience based on role level (4–13 years).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Strong cloud infrastructure experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Currently serving notice period or available for immediate joining.
  • Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
  • Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
  • Available for the Face-to-Face Interview Drive on 02 August.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Career gap should not exceed 3 months.
  • Candidate must not have attended an interview with the client previously.
  • Only BE/B.Tech/MCA graduates will be considered.

Interview Process

  • Technical Interview – Round 1
  • Technical / Managerial Interview – Round 2

Both rounds will be conducted face-to-face on the same day.
