About the Role

Buildown Developers is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead the execution of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality construction, manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver projects that meet our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Buildown Developers' quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient site operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and statutory compliance at all project sites.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Manage project documentation, site records, and work approvals.
• Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
