Silverdale India Ventures LLP is a financial services firm based in New Delhi that provides investment support services to the Singapore-based Silverdale Group, which manages several award-winning funds. Silverdale India Ventures LLP is seeking a talented accounts manager for its Funds, Fund Management Company and related companies.

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of accounting practices, particularly in fund accounting and multiple investment companies (SPVs)
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of IFRS and excellent bookkeeping abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines

Job Responsibility

• Calculate daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs) for Funds, and manage quarterly and periodic reporting activities
• Accurately record trades (fixed income, derivatives), income, expenses, accruals, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
• Facilitate trade settlements and perform cash and securities reconciliations
• Collaborate with the investment team, bankers, custodians, and fund administrators
• Handle accounting for the fund management company and investment special purpose vehicles (SPVs)
• Prepare financial statements for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Prepare financial reports for regulatory authorities and manage internal and external audit processes
• Conduct online filings, including GST computations
• Contribute to software development by providing input and data entry as needed
• Mentor and train the team by providing guidance and support in financial reporting and accounting practices
