Job Description

  • Broad IT experience with relevant years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
  • Good experience in configuring Service Now which involves various modules like ITSM and HRSD
  • Strong technical knowledge of Service Now modules, 3rd party integrations
  • Primary Skill
  • ServiceNow HRSD
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development with HR Service Delivery.
  • Hands-on experience developing Workflows in ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience in IT service management process design.
  • Overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
  • ServiceNow Integration OR Implementation
  • Secondary Skill
  • CSA certification is required.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow CS
  • CIS HRSD certification will be good to have

Job Responsibilities

  • Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL style sheets, web services
  • Develop solutions in Service Now, prepare estimates, and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
  • Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
