- Focus on enhancing service mapping, optimizing IT operations, and improving IT asset management to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and address critical use cases.

- Proficiency in application modeling and mapping.
- Strong understanding of ITOM and CMDB principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Service Mapping:
- Develop and maintain service maps to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with ERT, CAB, and Service Management teams to align service maps with operational needs.
- CMDB Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data.
- Implement processes for effective data entry and management.
- ITOM and ITAM Support:
- Contribute to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.
- Address critical use cases related to ERT MTTR, CAB operations, and compliance with ISO standards and other regulations.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as the Chips Act and vulnerability response mandates.
- Implement risk management processes related to IT asset and service management.
