Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Architect based in Chennai. The ServiceNow Architect will be charged with designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, developing and documenting technical specifications, ensuring best practices, and supporting the deployment and optimization of ServiceNow modules to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves identifying opportunities for solution improvements and ensuring integrations with existing systems are seamless.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and development
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and applications
• Expertise in integration methods, such as REST APIs and SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript and knowledge of data structures
• Strong capabilities in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address functional and technical requirements
• Experience in stakeholder communication and documentation of technical specifications
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
