We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with strong expertise in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in link-building strategies, optimizing agile web pages, schema implementation, snippet optimization, and keyword research. The role also requires knowledge of Google Search Console, IndexNow integration, automatic submission tools, and social media optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective On-Page SEO strategies (meta tags, schema markup, structured data, internal linking, technical SEO).

Optimize energetic webpages for better indexing and ranking.

Implement and manage Schema Markup for rich snippets and improved SERP visibility.

Monitor and analyze performance via Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

Research and optimize for primary and long-tail keywords across multiple niches.

Manage and optimize social media handles to boost organic reach and engagement.

Set up and maintain automatic submission processes and leverage IndexNow for faster indexing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Drive Off-Page SEO activities, including link-building strategies, guest posting, and outreach.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for technical SEO.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with content strategy and copywriting for SEO.

Familiarity with local SEO optimization and Google Business Profile.

Robust knowledge of automation in SEO workflows.

Ability to analyze competitors and create growth strategies.
