Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you’ll focus on enhancing website visibility and search rankings through strategic keyword research, technical SEO, content recommendations, link acquisition, and performance reporting. You will be responsible for creating impactful SEO strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities with minimal guidance.
• Develop keyword lists and effectively organize content themes aligned with SEO strategy.
• Execute technical audits on websites, ensuring optimization of elements such as breadcrumbs, heading tags, and content accessibility.
• Provide source code-level SEO recommendations to enhance website crawling and indexing.
• Implement Meta and OG tags, creating contextually relevant and keyword-optimized Meta and Title tags.
• Ensure all SEO documentation and recommendations are error-free and comprehensive.
• Collaborate with content teams to outline detailed content requirements that align with client goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Information Architecture, keyword density, proximity, and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI).
• Build quality backlinks with optimized anchor text, creating captivating descriptions that enhance link engagement.
• Stay updated on content syndication platforms and refresh link details regularly.
• Create regular reports, emphasizing keyword ranking trends, and providing error-free analysis on SEO metrics.
• Investigate Bounce Rate changes, integrating insights from Google Search Console and Google Analytics to drive business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of SEO experience with proven success in improving search rankings and driving results.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for staying updated on SEO trends and tools.
