SEO Specialist / SEO Manager (Construction & Real Estate) (India)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Professional to improve our online visibility, generate high-quality leads, and rank our construction business on Google. The role involves managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for our website and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research for construction & real estate market
• Optimize website pages for SEO (on-page + technical SEO)
• Create and manage backlinks (off-page SEO)
• Improve Google rankings for target keywords (Mohali / Chandigarh)
• Work on Google My Business (Local SEO)
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
• Coordinate with content writer & marketing team

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in SEO (Real Estate / Construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
• Experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Understanding of Local SEO (Google Maps ranking)
• Ability to generate leads through SEO strategies
• Good communication and reporting skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
