About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who is passionate about search engine optimization and organic growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Manage technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website performance and user experience.
• Optimize local SEO campaigns including Google Business Profile management.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving conversion rates from organic traffic.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SEO reporting tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure fundamentals.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple industries.
• Knowledge of content marketing and basic PPC concepts is an advantage.
