What is the role like

SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO, AEO & GEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic, optimizing for featured snippets, voice search, AI answers (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT-style responses) and Optimizing content to appear in AI-generated results across platforms

Perform keyword research aligned with patient search intent (symptoms, treatments, conditions)

Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and blog content.

Local SEO (High Priority)

Optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple clinic locations

Manage local citations and reviews.

Drive local search visibility for near me and city-based queries On-Page & Technical SEO

Conduct regular website audits (technical, on-page, and content)

Optimize meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and URL structures

Guide developer to improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile usability

Content Optimization

Collaborate with medical and content teams to create SEO-friendly, accurate healthcare content

Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)

Identify content gaps and search for recent content opportunities

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Develop high-quality backlink strategies (white-hat only)

Build partnerships with healthcare platforms, blogs, and directories

Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, bounce rate

Skills do we look for

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

3 years of hands-on SEO experience (healthcare experience preferred)

Robust understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Knowledge of AI Tools is must.

Expertise in tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and CMS platform (WordPress)

Experience with local SEO and multi-location businesses

Solid analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
