SEO Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that strengthen our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with development teams to resolve SEO issues.
• Monitor website crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health.
• Execute backlink‑building and off‑page SEO campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with Google’s algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of On‑Page, Off‑Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and SEO implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Local SEO and International SEO.
• Experience with Content Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and other digital marketing channels.
